I would give them zero stars if I could! I brought a pair of outdoor trousers to them to be tailored (shortened, nothing else). The tailoring was adequate (though the staff was unprofessional), but most importantly, the pants were returned to me with a burn hole in the left trouser leg at the knee (appears to be a cigarette burn –we don’t smoke). I didn’t notice it until weeks later when I wore the pants, so too late for any recourse. I am livid!
