Well. first time here. Gotta say nothing special. Minus one for bad customer service. Come on. I’m a first time customer who have heard about this place for many years. finally had a reason(gift for a chocolate lover) to visit, but dissapointed with lack of knowledge and service. Example: what should I get? answer back from employee? «it’s up to you. they are all labeled». me like, «what’s is wrong with these people, help me out here». Another minus one for high price. come on!.. $ 50 – 60 for some chocolate? Finally extra minus one for the taste. what is everyone excited about? it tastes like Hersheys! and 800% more expensive.

I’ve been a customer for years! The most amazing chocolate covered strawberries! They are a must-have for any special occasion. For the area, this place is a local gem!

We tried a variety of items a few monthd ago; most of them were stale and fell short of expectations

A family favorite for many years with a great and extensive selection of homemade chocolate and sweet treats available. You enter to such a pleasant aroma in the air and you begin noticing chocolate covered novelties as well as for your standard chocolate essential products. Pretzels, oreo cookies, little cars, chocolate lolipops, filled center chocolates, peanut butter cups, bark, their homemade saltwater taffy, and other non-chocolate products. There are gift platters for sale with small tasty chocolates on them wrapped up to go that look very nice. Their pricing is good for the overall value and quality received. I have shopped for gifts here as well as for around the Christmas season and their chocolate really sets the mood in my family. Service is always kind hearted and very friendly whenever I visit. This is where you go to find specialty chocolate and other little treats of interest. I just stopped by here yesterday afternoon for some milk chocolate pretzels, vanilla bark, and taffy. I paid $ 17.02 for everything and when I got home I sampled the goods, and boy were they so worth picking up! Parking is out front in provided spaces and it does tend to get crowded here on weekends and during the holiday season sometimes, although there is a traffic officer on duty then. But most of the time you can usually find a space. So what are you waiting for? Go to Krause’s today!
