They built a pool for me in 2015 and all went well. There were some delays and dancing around issues that delayed the dig 30 days and got really annoying. But other than that all good.

The worst experience ever. They are a sub standard home builder and their people including the owner are rude. They don’t complete the work as stated and their warrant services are the worst. I would not recommend them at all

We built with M. Christopher in 2012. The building process was great but the warranty process was and continues to be awful. Several years after completing construction we still have significant open warranty items, some dating to issues from near the original closing date. M Christopher does not appear to stand behind their work and has attempted to use substandard materials and contractors to minimize their warranty obligations.

We just bought a home in Nov 2016 from M. Christopher and Mike and Tony were prompt to address all of our concerns and have been great throughout the process.

M. Christopher is building next to our home and has repeatedly put construction debris on our property. When they refused to clean it up the City stepped in and got them to comply. Then they planted some trees to block our view. It’s a spec house and I was surprised to see the poor construction quality and how they cover it up. This is just another production builder who only cares about the almighty dollar. Shame on them.

WARNING! If you want the work done on time, I suggest you try someone else. I hired them to install a pool and was so excited but 6 weeks later and we are not ½ done, even though I was promised 4 to 6 weeks. Now they will not even return a call or email. It has ruined my 4th of July and my outlook on M. Christopher.
