This is still the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I see no signs of it getting any better managers arguing with managers and employees and they’re arguing with each other food orders wrong this whole place is a joke

Nothing a hate more is cold fries. The last two times I been through the drive thru I got u know what.

Drive thru is always super slow, but I’ve never had bad service here. They always greet me with a smile, and leave me with a ‘have a good day’. It’s much better than any other McDonalds in the nearby area, and several times I will drive out of my way so I can get a cone from them (this is the only McDonalds that gives you a big ice cream cone).

If I could give a –5 stars I would. They have to be the absolutely worst McDonald’s in the Nashville area. Their service is abysmal and they don’t seem to even care that people are waiting in line and no one is at the counter to take orders.
If I could find out who owned this franchise I would call them and let them know that they need to do something quickly.

Slow and inefficient. Like the place was run by the government.
Twelve customers, one person taking orders, manager fiddling around, line keeps growing.
Ugh
Most of the help seem to be sleepy.
Customer service is sorely lacking.
I usually feel like I’m intruding on the staff.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
I’m gong now. Won’t bother you again.
