Guardwell Rv & Boat Storage – Fall City

Guardwell Boat and RV Storage in Fall City is a great place to store your RV or boat. We had our RV in storage there this past Spring. The lot itself is large and has many RV’s, boats, and a few other miscellaneous items being parked there for storage. The owner was great to work with and provided us with a spot that was large enough for our RV and would be easy to back in and out of. We had no problems getting it in and out of storage and liked that they seemed to have good solid security systems in place.
The only downside I can think of is that to access the storage lot you need to drive through the parking lot of the Fall City Roadhouse so when the Roadhouse is busy, possibly dinner hours, and the parking lot is full it could be a problem getting into the storage facility. The owner said you simply have to go into the Roadhouse and have them ask their customers to move cars. We hoped to never have to do that and actually never did but were mindful to get in and out of the storage lot before the Roadhouse gets busy. The only other negative that I can comment on is that there are a few old, crumbling RV’s in the lot that need to be addressed but they really don’t cause any problem other than being an eyesore.
