For the most part, this D’angelos makes good subs. However, don’t order it online and pick it up or have it delivered because you will probably get the wrong order. When I ordered two subs from here the other day, my boyfriend picked it up and took them home for us to eat, and it was clearly someone else’s order. Because we were so hungry, we decided to just eat them. His was good, but the hamburger one I had in a pocket was gross. I think I’ll go to the other one from now on. Well, at least when I order online.

Ok so I’ve had a few bumps in the road ordering from here and Every single time it has been corrected Asap. Ya it sux but hey they always fix it everyone is always nice. Tonight i ordered online but it went in under pick up if you order after 8pm… I called cuz i was starving waiting for my order they manager Mitch (i think that was his name or maybe rich) anyways it was so NICE and got my oder to me in 10min it was hot and made correctly.

Underwhelming. Where I come from we don’t eat cold seafood and I had no intention of eating a cold lobster roll. It wasn’t fresh either. Don’t waste your money this crap is overpriced and not good. Why the hell are all the restaurants in Fall Rivah filthy?

Ok so I was originally told that we would get a credit because of all of this and tonight I figured I’d call and see. Surprise surprise no credit and no history of my call or my complaint and get told that he has no idea who I could of talked to even though I had all the order # and time I called. Ugh don’t bother with this store!

Went there tonight very busy workers were very busy I ordered my food the lady was very pleasant my food was very good I love there tuna yum yum I go there a lot I normally get him the number 9 but got in a toasted Italian he really liked it really satisfied

Very poor customer service. They are rude and I’m always worried about them tampering with my food due to their behavior. The good is decent but the thing that bothers me the most is the way the treat the customers. I tried placing an order over the phone and the lady was condescending, rushing me and sounded miserable.

Delivery was about 30 minutes… me and my boyfriend have tried all sandwiches my favorite is teriyaki steak 5 stars comes in a tangy sauce with pineapples… The Vermonter chicken was my boyfriends favorite food was great fresh and hot another favorite chicken cesar salad wrap and Greek wrap yum

I think this chain has lowered its food standards even lower than they were before. The 3 stars are due to a very polite staff and care for the food that could not have been prepared better considering the very low quality of the meat the were forced to serve.
