Dunkin’ Donuts

Approached the drive thru window and waited for a response. A female Dunkin employee; walks past the window clearly ignoring us again. After 1.5 minutes; I drove around to the front entrance and went in. There were Dunkin Customers leaving with cups in their hands. Informed the male cashier at Dunkin that I attempted to order via drive thru. Ordered inside. The female cashier doesn’t seems to appreciate customers and kindly takes her complaints to her Co worker as he prepared the order. The four beverages are placed in a cup holder. Best to use at least three when there are four heavy beverages. I helped myself to them seeing that I was not being considered a customer at this point. Third beverage she placed in;“have a nice day” she states with obvious sarcasm. I ask,“where’s the late?“she signals him to make the late. I talk with the male cashier about this negative visit and his negative coworker. Clearly he is helpful. She is catty and nasty. I get home to find her nasty brown hair in my kids food. I planned to speak directly with the manager named Laurie. This shouldn’t wait until after her vacation. That’s disgusting. As a long time Dunkin Donuts customer; I am no longer a fan of this location. I can do without the nasty demeanors and hair in my food. The worst addition to that Dunkin crew by far.

If you don’t mind eating or drinking whatever they decide is best for you, you might enjoy your experience at this particular location. If you prefer a restaurant that more caters to your specific request, try one of their other 10,000 locations.

This place needs help! Iced coffee that tastes like mop water. My order is wrong 30−40% of the time. Espresso machine always down. Stale bagels. The only 2 employees worth keeping are the 2 guys who work afternoons (only time I’ll go now). There’s 2 older ladies who, unfortunately, just don’t get it. No sense of urgency, borderline rude, and always make mistakes. Sucks it’s the closest one on my way to work. I usually wait til I get to work and go to the ‘Bucks next door, but it’s a long ride with no coffee :(
