The girl who was working at the drive-​thru window at night on 11÷09÷13 is the rudest person I have ever met. (I didn’t catch her name.) I had a delivery for her from the restaurant I work at, so I figured it would be faster to go through the drive-​thru instead of going inside. She referred to me over the headset as «f’in lazy» (the censorship is mine, not hers). When I confronted her about it, she did not apologize. I know that she doesn’t represent the quality of people who work at that restaurant. However, I will not set foot in that restaurant again as long as she works there. She is a disgrace to the entire profession of customer service.
