Weiners«all the way» are guilty pleasures, and Faneek’s does a good job.

Been coming here since I was a little boy as I lived in the neighborhood. This place is a landmark in our community. Good hotdogs, my only suggestion would be to warm the buns. Overall, cool place and good quality food. Good dogs and atmosphere. Interior is small and has a touch of retro. Cool landmark in the River!

Been coming here since I was a kid. Great hot dogs for a good price. Their hours aren’t so great, but they do take credit card, which is a big plus for a small business like this.

Considered one of the«big four» of Fall River’s coney island restaurants, Faneeks has everything you need to get your coney island fix. Compliment your order with an ice cold cup of coffee milk and you’re good to go. But don’t stop at just hot dogs ! Faneek’s offers so much more! Stop in on your way to the beach or if you’re just passing through.

4 stars for a hot dog joint. This isn’t some fancy restaurant so I’m not rating it as such. If you want a hot dog this place is as old fashioned and clean as they come. The workers seem to care about the service and the food. The also have cold coffee milk and other typical food items such as the fish and chips. I’ve never been disappointed, just know that it’s not a 99’s or typical chain restaurant. It’s a genuine long time establishment that people keep returning to.

Great Coney Dogs. Buns steamed and the Coney sauce was on point. We bought 9 dogs, 3 bags of chips, and 3 drinks under $ 21.00. There was many things I would love to try if I am in the area more Knocked a star off for having fountain drinks with no ice. Will be getting the hand cut fries next time.

It was a treat to go back to a childhood favorite… yes, I miss the small dogs and all of the clock(we used to try to count them all) but this was delicious! I had the FaNeek dog with Chourico and it was amazing. The counter guy recommended cheese on our chili fries and it was so worth the extra .50 cents. The kids didn’t love the batter for the chicken tenders but while they complained they ate every last bite! I really must say it was a terrific throwback and didn’t disappoint! A must do next time I come home!

Best coney’s anywhere! The spicy stuffed Quahogs are a must as well. I am never dissapointed and I wish I still lived down the street :(This place is always clean, the food is always excellent, and the service is always great. One day I will try more things on the menu but I just can’t get enough of the coney dogs and quahogs. The prices are also amazing, I always feel like I get more than my money worth.

The 2 waitresses working there were very helpful and nice! They took my order just 15 minutes before closing. The place was very clean and tidy. Very delicious fish and chips… Was my first time ordering from there, & would go back again! Even the female cook from the back, came out front, & wished me a happy Easter! They also do take credit cards. 5 stars from me :) 2 large fish & chips, 2 cheese hotdogs came to about $ 30.

Coleslaw dog and chow mein sandwich all the way. The chow mein sandwich is EXACTLYWHATYOUTHINKITIS. Sloppy, probably not meant for a bun, but so, so, delicious. If you like chow mein, that is.

FaNeeks is better than your average weenie joint. Around lunchtime, they have a line out the door of people looking for soup, weiners and their american chop suey. They’ve got a menu full of weiners, but my favorite is the coleslaw dog because they somehow turned a hotdog into a refreshing experience. Their Faneeks dog(with chourizo) is also great and heck so are their regular dogs(all the way). Chow mein sandwich was pretty ridiculous and if you love chow mein, you will lose your sh*t over this thing. Oh, and it’s clean, cute, and has plenty of parking. What’s not to love?

Fall River has it all. Lizzie B, The Big Mamie, Emeril Legasse and that fine food emporium, Faneek’s. Faneek’s is such a reminder of my youth that whenever I get to the Fall River area, I can’t resist checking to see if it’s still there. The good news? Faneek’s Survives! Located in the south end of FR Faneeks has been in the same place basically unchanged for at least 35 years. Serving the Coney Island dogs from the name to Chourico rolls to Bean dogs to Stuffies to that old stand by, the Chow Mein Sandwich. Faneek’s will feed you and get you on your way for way under 10 dollars. It could well feed two for that amount. Everything, save the stuffies, is made to order right here. Hot Dog all the way — — — — — — — - $ 1.35 Chourico Roll — — — — — — — — — – $ 1.85 Stuffed Quahog — — — — — — — — — $ 1.55 No French fries but you can get chips and soda and all is well with the world. For God’s sake Emeril knows about Faneek’s. My wife asked him about it at a book signing. His response, «AHHH, Faneek’s». Sounds like he missed the place. In the early«70“s we used to go to Faneek’s on the way to deliver boats to Cape Cod and after partaking of some«appetite stimulant» eat 10 dogs each. If we got back at a reasonable time we would stop on the way home. The place HASNOTCHANGED. Even without the«stimulant» I can do 4 dogs and 3 Chourico rolls today. Of course, now there’s a price to pay the next day. For me and for anyone to close to me. By the way it’s pronounced sha-reese for those of you not from the area. I am convinced Lizzie killed Ol’ Mom and Pop because the cheap bastard wouldn’t let her go to Faneek’s. C’mon Andrew. How much could dogs have been back then? Like 5 cents. Serves you right. Poor kid. Wow, sorry about that! Little Flashback. Go visit Lizzie and go to Faneek’s! Places like this won’t be around forever. Open Mon-Fri 10AM-6PM Saturday 10AM-4PM
