Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. Not only does it look like a little kid painted my nails but she also cut my finger and never offered any kind of first aid for the bleeding. The place was not clean at all which is making me very nervous. She also had tons of excuses on why my nails looked horrible and never once took responsibility.

I will never return to this salon. When I walked in I was greeted rather abruptly and asked what I wanted? When I said I wanted a gel manicure he roughly pointed in the direction of the gel color. he gave the attitude of being inconvenienced. My instinct said to leave but I decided to give them a chance. I had gel on my fingernails already so they sat me down and soaked my nails in acetone for about 10 was then I started to look around and noticed how dirty the place was. Even the owner who was providing the service to me seemed like he was a bit unkempt. He had dirt under his fingernails. So I get a nude fingernail with sparkles. I showed him a picture on the Internet of what I wanted. The equipment he was using seemed out of date and the lights using on my nail to dry them kept shutting on and off. He scraped my nails so hard to get the gel from my previous manicure off I had to tell him to take it easy that he was hurting my cuticles. To try and shorten the story he did a really bad job on my nails and they ended up peeling the next day right off just like the peel off nail polish that they make for little kids

This is my new nail salon. It is a family owned nail salon. The owner Lynn and her husband are the only manicurists. They are honest and do not try to sell you services according to their gain. I was paying twice the amount for«gel» when I really only needed shellac. As Lynn did my nails, and had a good time talking. She carried a conversation with me the entire time which made the time fly. It was such a different feeling compared to other places whereI have been left feeling ignored or trying to figure out the language being spoken to others. I cant wait to go back in two weeks.
