The absolute worst customer service I have received in a long time! I work in customer service myself and I have never been treated so rudely over the phone simply because the manager was lazy and decided to tell me that I couldn’t pay for my order with a credit card, which btw my business orders from on a weekly basis spending 200.00 each time … Well we wont be using them anymore and you can thank your «supervisor «that was working on 4⁄22 at about 11:15 am … great work giving your company a horrible name and reputation, you may want to evaluate your staff at this establishment if you don’t want further business to be turned away by your employees.

Got an onions, peppers, & hamburg calzone and it was fine. Place was clean and staff friendly.
Would be nice if they grilled the veggies in my calzone first before cooking it.
I’ll be back to try other items.

Ok I Piezonis I am officially a Piezonis FANACTIC after today. So I got a coupon, any 2 Pasta dinners for $ 13.99! I ordered grilled chicken Alfredo and chicken Parmesan for my Mom. Well the park look amazing, like usual, but the Alfredo had a «off» smell, can’t really describe it but something just wasn’t right. So I called and explained and no hesitation the sweet girl on the phone told a manager and they offered to remake it or anything else instead. No argue no question it was instantly «let’s fix it». I got another parm order, you can’t beat the parm HUGE and so good, they delivered QUICKLY, about 15 mins tops, and with a SMILE! Food is great but the service keeps me coming back for more.

We order takeout from here somewhat regularly, for one simple reason… They have the BEST gluten free pizza around!
I’ve never ordered delivery, never really spent much time inside the establishment, etc, so I don’t have a ton to say about the place, and because of that I don’t feel comfortable giving them five stars.
And also we did also have an issue one time where were ordered one cheese pizza and one chourico and cheese, and just got two cheese pizzas. So always double check that they have the order right!
But the food is delicious, service is quick, and prices are reasonable!

Got the mixed green and the smokey joe pizzas. The mixed green was fresh, great grilled chicken and feta cheese. This pizza was cooked perfectly. The smokey joe had a lot of good flavor. A little too much barbecue sauce but not over the top. The toppings were nice and crisp but the bottom was doughy. I had to throw it in the broiler for a few minutes, but besides that great first experience, think i found my new pizza joint for the tiverton area.

This is the location that I’ve always gone to. When I call for take out they usually take a couple of tries. They are always extremely busy because they are awesome. I recommended the boneless sweet chili chicken, chicken Cesar salad and their chicken Cesar salad pizza.

The girl who messed up my delivery order over the phone tonight sounded like the same one who messed it up the last time I ordered. Each order was only 2 items so it’s really frustrating that they can still manage to screw that up. I think the food is really tasty here, but I will never order from them again because they can’t seem to get the order right.

Delivery an hour and 15minutes for a salad and a meatball sub are you serious i think there is a reason i have not ordered from here in over a year i now remember why.
