Never felt so damn awkward talking to a manager about how they made my order wrong. Wasn’t a big deal to me, but the manager wasn’t happy about it and made it known I messed up when ordering. Total weirdo.

Service is bad. Really bad. I waited over 45 minutes in line last time I went, only because I got trapped in the lane. I asked for only meat and cheese on 2 of my soft tacos, they added lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. Asked for mild sauce, she kinda snarled «It’s in the bag.» I checked, and it was the super hot (fire?) I tried to switch it out, and thats when she told me that was all they had.
I wish it wasnt such a hike to Dartmouth, although their service isnt a whole lot better.

I’ve tried going here the past few times & just walked back out the door. The line was 10 or 15 people deep just waiting for their orders.
The last time I actually ordered was inside and it took a while to get it. I had to wait for them to fry my chulupa shells, so I waited 10 mins or so.
The employees seem to just talk to one another instead of actually taking care of the customers. It’s suppose to be fast food, so I’m not expecting the best, but some things should be prepped & ready to go.
Doubt the drive-​thru would be quicker but probably so cars don’t sit there.
This is the worse Taco Bell.

Waited 32 mins in the drive thru line for them to get my order wrong.Again. Last time I ever go there. We asked for hot sauce 3x #1 While placing the order *of a whole 5 items* #2 apon giving the money #3 Reciving the bag of food and the girl said ‘Oh, hot sauce is in ghr bag.’ NO, it wasn’t. ! This Taco Ball is awful. Over a half hour wait for any fast food, is just, well.stupid. HIRE A NEW STAFF FALL RIVER TACO BELL. Your the only option for tacobell for miles, why not cash in by hiring some people who will move your product?

Being a vegetarian I don’t have much time to eat unhealthy. Don’t get me wrong… I do eat junk food… but generally speaking I really shouldn’t be because I have to make my minimum daily requirements of vitamins and nutrients. But for some reason I just can’t kick the taco bell. Well anyways, this taco bell is pretty much the same as any other in terms of cleanliness, but I have never had a problem eating here. Nothing has been brought back inside so far as I can remember, and they have always been pleasant. I’m not going to review the food, because you should already know what it tastes like, and if not, you best stay away because I think it is only slightly healthier than its competitors-​and in my humble opinion extremely addictive.

I just wanted to substitute the nachos for the cinnamon twists in the kids meals and pay the 30 cent difference. Nope, they said they can’t do that. Can you believe it??? I’ve been to another Taco Bell where it was not only allowed but offered.

Normally I would give fast food chain three stars, you know what you’re going to get (blah food and poor service).
I have to do a shout out to this location though, the staff was unbelievably friendly, they even came to our table to bring a taco my friend ordered. They use your first name to call your order when it’s ready. It was clean too. Great job!
As far as food goes… It was Taco Bell food, enough said. :)
