This UHaul location is the worst ever. Rented a truck over the internet, they had the audacity to change the hours that I had requested! Then called and told me that the manager doesn’t let them rent trucks for a long period at the end of the month… pure BullS***t. When I returned the truck, another customer was waiting for the truck. They cut short my hours so they could make double the money. «They double dip». Truck was filthy. Biggest nightmare!

Affordable and convenient. What more could you ask for from a truck rental company? They have a variety of truck and trailer sizes to suit all of your hauling needs.
The price is very fair and they offer the use of moving blankets for a mere $ 5 extra — go for the gold and get these because they will save your furniture from getting scratched the eff up!
Pick up and drop off was easy peasy. They do a quick visual inspection to make sure everything is good to go and then you’re on your way. The truck itself was in good condition although the cab did smell like cigarette smoke and it didn’t have a lot of power which made for some scary highway merging.
All in all, I’d definitely recommend U-haul if you’re looking to move a lot of stuff for not a lot of money.

Unauthorized charges to my credit card. Owner said insurance did not cover scratch to the roof of truck because that was ‘negligence’. This is after you are forced to buy their insurance or deposit the entire value of the truck. So 20 cross town move cost about 200. Owner a rude jerk also. Felt sorry for the decent employees. Too busy to complain to UHaul at the time. Really felt hosed. Never using UHaul again.
