I made a purchase from Window Toppers that I had to return because of a size problem. I returned the product and was told that I would receive a refund credit in about two weeks. It’s been over a month and have not received the credit. My bank is now in the process of trying to recover my money as a questioned charge. The products seem to be fine but the return policy is terrible. Evidently the company has some financial stability issues.
