I wish I would have read the warning review to avoid this place before I actually booked online. This review is based more on their customer service. I booked a jumper and a table online two months prior to my party. Unfortunately because we will be leaving sooner than expected I had to cancel my son’s party. I called the company, left a voicemail and nothing. Sent an email, and nothing. It’s been 3 weeks and I never heard back from them. Today I sent one last email to confirm my cancellation and NOTHING! These people do not even have the decency to call/​email their customers back. It’s extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. Take your business elsewhere.

Do Not Rent from this company! I ordered from them over 45 days prior to my party… and I started calling over a week before the party to just confirm we were all on track.
They already charged my credit card and everything. No one picked up when I called, I left several messages and emails over several days… 3 days before my party I finally received an email in the evening telling me that where I lived «was out of their delivery area, sorry I didn’t notice your delivery address sooner. I have processed your refund… Sorry for the inconvenience»

HOW INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! First you don’t take the time to look at the address? I even checked if they deliver in our area when I ordered it, AND the area code to call them is my SAME AREA CODE!
I can understand even having mistakes and maybe not catching the address but you need to call earlier and more importantly… to be so unprofessional to not even call when there is a mistake this big, they have to know they are a jump house company, hello a major impact on a little kid when they CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE on a little kids birthday party… really?
Too many options out there for this type of product and service, you do not have to work with this sort of company–
PS – After calling over a dozen places who of course did not have any inventory due to the LAST MINUTE order… I did find a great company (Pump N Jump) that came through, had several options, showed up on time and super clean jumper, the gentleman delivering were so nice and fast… and best of all, $ 25.00 CHEAPER…
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES ON THIS COMPANY! Not worth hoping they come through for you and your little ones party!

I have rented a jumper almost every year from different companies. American bounce is by far the best choice. Their jumpers are clean and the service we got from them was great!
I got a great deal using on one of their coupons. Which was to rent a combo jumper and receive 3 tables and 18 chairs for FREE! Other places, you would be spending about $ 200+ for all this! Highly recommend!

We rented a Ninja Turtle bounce house for $ 80 and it was the hit of the party! We also rented 15, $ 1 white chairs and they were very sturdy. The party was at Noon and I had asked for them to come at 10 am. It took a couple mins to set up and it was an all day rental — back at 7pm! It was a great investment.
Our delivery man JC was very helpful. He suggested a better place to set up the bounce house so that the kids still had room to run around our lawn. Thank you so much! Our party was amazing because of you guys :)

I have used this rental company several times over the last few years and am always completely satisfied. Daniel is very reliable, accommodating and the bounce houses are very clean.
