I’m so happy to report that this place still gives 5 star service! Of course the ice cream samples they kindly offer is a plus. If was a different group of employees from the last time I was in. They were just as helpful and friendly, I love it! I’m a happy camper at Baskin Robbins!
Keep up the great work Baskin Robbins staff.

Not my favorite place to get ice cream, b/​c it’s only a destination I go to when they have my flavor: icing on the cake. When they do have it, it’s great.
Friendly service, pretty clean. Conveniently located next to a pizzeria for dessert.

The staff is nice, and that’s why they got the 3 stars. I would have given t more but when I ordered they had to bring the bucket of ice cream out to scoop, Bc it was full and rock hard. After they got my my portion out the whole bucket of ice cream dropped on the floor. The girl in charge and I made eye contact as we covered our mouths. I thought she’d sadly say, «throw it away», and be bummed about the product loss. However, she told the other employee to scrape part off and put it back in the freezer to sell to customers… gross! By the looks of their floors, that ice cream definitely should have been tossed. However they were young kids working, so I took that into consideration.
I’ll be getting my ice cream somewhere else when I’m in that area from now on

I would’ve given a zero, but you have to give at least one star, to write a review. Stay away from this place if you value your health! We saw a roach on the counter, near the ice cream. We mentioned it to the lady there, but she just scooted it away, like it was something she’s done before, then didn’t clean the surface in question, afterwards! Eww! Also, there was little gnats flying around. Not a very sanitary ice cream place. Steer clear!

Horrible customer service. 8 people in line on hot sunday afternoon. One person working counter with two employees in back laughing and giggling. May be on break but looks bad. After 15 mind someone comes out to help but couldn’t because didn’t know price of cakes. So third person comes out even after customer yelled to employees in back that girl in front needed help. Then manager spelled name on cake wrong even after spelling it twice for her.

Went by on sons birthday and ordered my son his birthday scoop. My wife and I paid of 2 two scoop cups. sat down and noticed a «free sugar cone with purchase of scoop» We had four scoops paid for and were told «it’s to late as we needed to tell them at time of purchase». that purchase was 2 minutes prior. Thanks for making my son sad on his birthday.

I’ve come to this place. well. A LOT. They somewhat-​recently had a make over and it looks a lot nicer now. The ice cream, oh my gosh it’s so heavenly! They are always changing up their flavours but make sure to keep the classics ;) they also seem to have more than 31 flavours haha
The staff here is so super friendly, especially Ashley! She seems to always be there while I stop by. They will give you samples of whatever you want and if you’re taking a while they still make you feel valued.
Overall this place is great and I’ll be back again, and again! Try the chocolate milkshake yum yum~

I love baskin robbins ice cream but this place was different then the others. The ice cream was not fresh. .my marshmallows in the rocky road was hard and very few may I add. The pralines and cream was not as tasty. In addition the scope portions were so small compared to the other baskin robbins. Children’s size scopes with adult prices.
Horrible ice cream experience. but friendly staff.
I will not return.
