The fact that I have to give them at least 1 star is absurd! They deserve 0 stars! I have been renting cars from other enterprise locations for forever, no problems, but this place is highway robbery! Was told my reservation for one day was going to be $ 40, they put $ 140 on my contract and when I asked they said that was just a security «deposit». Okay? Also told to return it with only half tank full. Returned on time with half tank. Guess what I got charged? $ 140 plus $ 30 charge for gas!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This must be an illegal practice: I signed a contract to rent a pickup at one price, but when I returned the truck to Enterprise, they billed me at a higher price saying, «This is the price we charge insurances.» But my insurance company didn’t reimburse me for the higher amount.
I took this to the manager in Fallbrook. He said he’d take the issue up with his corporate managers. I never heard anything back. I wrote a letter again to Fallbrook Enterprise. Still, no response.
I think I’ll have to write to the corporate headquarters next… or take them to small claims court. A contract should be a contract. Don’t let them switch rental fees on you!
