I will give them zero star if I could! My husband is deployed and he order flowers from overseas for our 12 years anniversary. He payed for next day delivery!!! Flowers never made it! When I called 3 days earlier I was told that even if he was allowed to pay for next day delivery, they don’t deliver on Sunday and they tried to contact me for a better delivery date! What? Nobody tried to contact me plus. They could deliver the flowers Monday? Tuesday? Wednesday? They delivered finally on Thursday, after I called to demand my flowers! What if I wasn’t calling? They are taking advantage of the fact that the order was from Asia and nobody will check??? My husband is serving this country!!! Our country!!! Anyway the flowers were deliver Thursday with no apologies and the delivered flowers were not $ 62 value. Yes $ 62 included the next day, but they miss the delivery date by 4 days! And they are located a mile away from the delivery address!!! For real!
If they didn’t refunded the delivery fee they could added more flowers? Made it finally a pleasant experience? Apologize?!!
None of the above was done! I am furious!
Bad bad business practices!

We hired fallbrook florist for our wedding. Its a small mom and pops shop. We explained our vision and colors for our center pieces and they executed it perfectly.
Our guests were amazed of how beautiful the flowers were.
Would highly recommend.
