We can’t say enough good things about Kathleen and Ryan. Our house was sitting empty as we had already moved and we were not close by at all. Kathleen went above and beyond by looking after it and coordinating inspections and some of the repairs. She even kept the fish in the pond fed! It took several weeks for the right buyer to come along and Kathleen or Ryan kept us up to speed on how things were going. The escrow went fairly smooth, with a couple of questions from us. The answers came quickly and Kathleen took care of minor issues. She did a great job negotiating and resolving the issues.
