We love everyone in the office. My kids are comfortable with coming here. I’ve had some bad luck with dentists and this is the only place I trust. He referred my son to the best orthodontist that exists and I’ve dealt with a few of those, too. He’s met me at his office on a Sunday morning because of a dental emergency and didn’t act the least bit inconvenienced. There’s no beating around the bush. No misleading sales tactics like some other dentists use. Diane is very knowledgable and can answer any question you throw at her. They’re great with my kids. As long as we go to Dr Allison’s office, my kids don’t mind having their teeth cleaned. I just can’t say enough good things. Love love love this dentist!

Wonderful service. This Dentist and his team are just wonderful. They’ve been in Fallbrook for a long time, they operate out of a cute little house office but their equipment is all state-​of-​the-​art and modern. Very gentle dentist, and understands how much pain a client can go through. Very skilled –was asked to volunteer to help with dental procedures for orphans in Africa… amazing dentist and staff!
