What an awesome Market ! If you love Vintage Home Décor(shabby chic, cottage style, country, rustic chic, french, and some granny chic) mixed with some Antiques and some new, handmade clothing, handmade jewelry, professional baked goods, and more. then you’ll love this marketplace. This market happens quarterly March, June, September, and December. The December market will of course be geared to more holiday items and lots of fabulous one of a kind gifts. March is always the spring market filled with everything from old gardening gear to fairy gardens and sweet spring dresses and jewelry… each market offers everyday vintage along with items for the season so it makes going to each one so much fun. I love that you can buy ribbon by the yard, find old doilies, tablecloths and quilts for sewing. Plus some vendors have old game pieces and odd little vintage finds for those diy projects you want to create yourself. I’m gearing up to go to the Christmas Market this weekend. I love the huge selection of one of a kind jewelry it makes such great gifts for friends and family and you know they are getting something handmade and not another commercially made item. Plus there’s always some super cute Christmas items. There is a $ 5– fee to enter the market(which nowadays is nothing for an entry fee) but that allows you to shop the market each day they are open for that«one time» fee. If you check out other markets in CA, OR, WA and the like you’ll find $ 5– is an absolute bargain for getting into a market such as this. So for me no complaints for their entry fee. I think one reviewer was unhappy with a price she found on an item at the market, I can see that happening … but pricing isn’t reflective of the market it’s reflective of the seller of the individual shop at the market. Possibly the item is worth the price being asked for it. or maybe not. but that is a reflection of the person selling it and not the market in it’s entirety. the thing about vintage I have found over the years in shopping for it, is that prices vary from seller to seller and location to location. What’s ones man’s trash is another man’s treasure as they say and price is subjective according to what one values an item to be and what one is willing to pay for it. I have purchased several things at the market that were very fairly priced and some super cheap. and I’ve seen items higher than I was willing to pay but someone else scooped it up and loved the item and obviously the price too. LOL .! I guess that’s the fun in shopping vintage it’s searching for the things you love and the price you want to pay for them. There is a restaurant at the location which has great food but it is definitely swamped during the market. just a couple miles back up the freeway is the 79 pechanga exit .and up that road there are a ton of fast food and restaurants to go to once we finish shopping … if I get hungry at the market I just run in the general store grab some nuts or a snack cake and I’m good to go.

I was in error when I wrote my previous review. This is not an annual, but a quarterly event which will next happen June 5 – 7. I stand by my previous review and will definitely not be going on the first two days when they charge admission.

Well I am not in agreement with the last reviewer, especially since she just came for the December event. I will explain. It actually takes place four times a year. March, June, September, and December. December of course is geared more towards Christmas and decorating which is why she may have thought of it as frou-frou! I actually have found many rustic items as well as what I call romantic items here because of the different vendors. I don’t shop at every vendor but half the fun is exploring and there is a whole lot to explore! It IS $ 5.00 but that is for BOTH Friday and Saturday. Once you pay you can come back on the other days for free. I am looking at the current post card which says 60+ vendors for March 13th, 14th&15th. Not sure what postcard the other reviewer had! All the vendors are not alike! Some have a hodgepodge of stuff, some specialize in handmade things, some have clothing, lots of furniture and there are two guys that have great handmade garden statues and garden art just to name a few. Very cool and different things and I have always received a bargain here! It is upbeat and fun! Gave it 4 stars because the only place to eat is the coffee shop/restaurant there in the parking lot and you must leave the marketplace to go to the restaurant. Wish they had a food truck or two because in all due respect that restaurant cannot feed that many people. But I love this place and look forward to going with my girlfriends every 3 months! Never brought anyone here that didn’t like it. It may not be the other reviewers cup of tea but I always have fun. Worth checking out.
