We had a disaster in our vacation home in Berkeley Springs. A pipe leak caused mold to grow everywhere and destroy nearly everything we owned. Gene and hjs family, Becky and Donny, were calm and collected while I was nearly in a state of shock. They explained everything to us. Kept us informed. They saved what they could and because they are kind hearted people they took extra care to save photographs and things that had meaning for us.
They basically demo’d the house. They worked with the industrial hygienist until the mold was remediated. They worked directly with our insurance company so that was seamless to us. They also found an organization for us to donate our kitchen items that we no longer needed, who gave it to a family whose house had recently burned down.
From start to finish they were professional, empathetic and really, really good at what they do. 3 cheers and 5 stars to Gene and family. I have no idea what i would have done without you.
