Best hair cut ever! I had an appointment with Mustapha and he worked his magic on my hair. I brought photos of the look I was going for and he customized it perfectly for my hair. He was very pleasant, gave me plenty of tips on how to style it and I enjoyed my conversation with him throughout the entire process. The lady at the front desk was welcoming as well. I’ll definitely be booking my next hair appointment with them!

My kids love getting their hair cut by May Samara. Not only does she do an excellent job, taking extra time to make sure everything is just how they want it, but she also makes the experience fun. Love her!

Teri is a good stylist. They have great massages. Their pricing is better than what is listed on their website. Not 100% sure why, but it is. It’s reasonable. If you’re looking for a Red Door or similar«spa,» this is not the place. But, it is not a terrible salon and should get more than 1 star. 3 because they’re average.

Went in for an eyebrow wax. The woman pushed SO hard on my one eyebrow that I have a bruise two days later. I had been here before and not had an awful experience, but this was TERRIBLE. She didn’t even hand me a a mirror afterwards, just said, «You’re all done!» I won’t be returning.

Awful experience. The heavyset hair dresser ignored us, then she in a rude and uninterested way that the receptionist would be back soon. Then she sat back down in her chair and ignored us. Later, she even went to the hair wash area and laid in the chair where one would be a shampoo to rest, while there were customers in the store. We waited a long while before the receptionist came back and no one went to tell her there were customers, as far as we could tell. Then when we were acknowledged, the stylists bickered a bit over who would see us. Then we got shampooed and no one knew where to put us, so we sat with wet hair for like fifteen minutes or so. On top of it my hair dresser(was was a different stylist than the heavy set stylist) said she would cut an inch, but instead cut 3 – 4 inches. And, the haircut is uneven to boot. She texterized it soo much that it almost appears frizzy on the ends and I have perfectly straight /fine hair. My cut was about 57 bucks before tip. Boyfriend was okay with his haircut, but hard to mess up.(Also, the ceiling tiles above the shampoo bowl are stained, which just added to the negative experience.) Save your time and money. Had a better experience at bubbles and the hair cuttery.
