I am sO surprised that nO one else reviewed this place now that Unilocal exists. The only reason I’m here 10 years later is because when I went here Unilocal didn’t exist. The owner Nahid G is a CON ARTIST. You want details? Ok I’ll give you details. She can act very nice and sunny, as if she has a sunny disposition. She will also act as if she is being candid with you. as if she is a person of candor. NONE of that is real the only REALITY is she wants to sell you so that she gets paid, then she wants you to keep her place IMPECCABLE because she doesn’t wanna clean up after you. I don’t mean reasonably I mean IMPECCABLY. Like, the dust that came while you were there is your responsibility. Just don’t ever go here. If you have to get a good lawyer to draw up a contract and have her sign each time you pay. If not then she WILL con you. Oh you want details of what happened to me eh? Ok, she denied getting paid the last time, withheld mY certificate until I paid her (AGAIN.). Yes she got paid. AGAIN. This time in check so there’s a record. THEIF! THEIF! THEIF! Beware
