Do Not, Do Not, Do Not! If you care about the garment you are getting cleaned do not go here. I dropped a bridesmaid dress off on Wednesday, and I told them it was for a wedding this weekend, not that it mattered. There was a small stain on chiffon; they removed it. However, they broke the zipper and didn’t even bother to mention it. This created a very stressful situation and would have been a disaster were it not for some very resourceful women. Here’s what happened: dropped off a perfectly mint condition dress, it was returned with a huge gap in the zipper with lots of fabric trapped underneath the zipper. It was destroyed! What can i say, they ruined an expensive dress and didn’t even have the dignity to tell me and charged me $ 15.00…NOT HONEST!!!

Very convenient location for me with ample parking. And an extra bonus for accepting debit and credit cards. Excellent service, as well as same day available. I have gone for three months and have had items tailored as well, no complaints!

Really nice communicative owners, but clothes are delivered wrinkled and with stains. It’s bad. I appreciate the customer service, but with dry cleaning this ineffective you’d be better off steaming your clothes at home. Not worth the money. Go elsewhere.

Not worth the price! They charge high prices on basic hemming as well as dry cleaning. Poor customer service!

I’ve been going to Betty Brite since I moved back to Falls Church. I used to go to City Cleaners in Crystal City (it’s below the apartment building on the corner of 15th and Eads). I take a lot of things in for dry cleaning (silk, sweaters, dress shirts, pants) and they always do a really good job. Only once have I been slightly unhappy with a pair of pants that was pressed at too high of a heat and got a little shiny around the waist. However, other times when I think a stain is permanent, they’re able to get it out. All in all, I’ll definitely keep going there.

So this place is right around the corner and only $ 2, therefore seemed great. Pro wise, they are cheap and do get your stuff to you 5pm next day. Otherwise though, very poor service. I’ve lost a couple of ties due to rough handling, then the final straw was my jacket. Brand new blazer, hardly dirty just wrinkled. Asked them to do the most delicate process, mostly to flatten it not clean. Well, I come back the next day and the jacket is in worse condition, I think they just slept in it. The only way I know they tried was that they ironed wrinkles into the lapel (impossible to get out). So it’s not worth the cheap price for me to buy another expensive jacket but I you’re only bringing in cheap, replaceable clothes, the price is right.
