I brought a skirt here to have the zipper fixed. They asked for $ 18!!! Despite my better judgement I left my garment. It wasn’t ready on the due date. I had to wait three extra days. I recently pulled the garment out of the closest AND THEY DIDN’T FIX THE ZIPPER!
I returned the skirt to them five days ago to see what they could do. The owner had the audacity to call me on my phone and tell me that I didn’t bring it back soon enough!!! I am livid. They are ripping people off and I can’t wait for them to close. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Rude staff. Horrible customer service. The girl who was «helping me» did not even seem to be interested in resolving my issue. I had left my phone home and needed her to look me up by last name, but she refused to even try. I had to drive all the way back to get my phone to look up the new phone number that our account was under. I understand she may have not been able to do what I had asked, but at the very least she could show a little empathy and pretend like she cared about her customer. A fake smile would go a long way sometimes. «Hello»,“please” and «thank you» do not exist in their vocabulary. I will not go back to this place.
