Great experience today. My vehicle was disabled and Felix Auto Service came recommended by towing service. Diagnosed quickly, part came in less than an hour and I was back on the road fast. Pricing was comprehensive. Would recommend this service to friends and family.

Had a great experience today with this repair shop. Was towed here by AAA at 2:30pm with a broken starter. By 4:30 they had my car ready to go again. Didn’t try to upsell me on any other repairs and were extremely courteous, they even showed me what exactly was broken on my old starter without me asking. I don’t want to do emergency service on my car, but if I do I will definitely be coming back here.

Mauricio, has been my Honda Tech since my Honda went out of Warranty a few years back. If you want a true Honda expert, you need to ask this guy or bring your guy here.
He has always given me accurate advice on what I need to service or not. You know that feeling when you take the car to the dealership and they make you feel like your car is going to explode? Or that the wheel is going to fall off? Well that won’t happen here, being that Mauricio has an extensive knowledge base on cars he is already a step ahead of you. I like that, I like when someone tells me you don’t need to do that just this. It let’s you know that they don’t want to take your money but just do what you need. This in my book is key, I am a long term customer. I have only had to do routine service and wear and tear on my Honda, that’s it. Not all the crazy stuff the dealership tells you. I know I have been saying Honda, but that’s due to the nature of the vehicle that I own. I’m sure they do all makes and models.
Prices are beyond fair and you get the experience of a million bucks.

I needed to get an oil change in my car and i was working near by so decided to stop by since it was my first time seen the banner and i was in a rush so i stop by and they guy was really nice and actually was able to do my oil change right at the moment
