I have been here many times and the food is consistently DELICIOUS. We usually go for the group dinner specials, where the menu is set depending on how many people are in your party. YUM. Visit their new location which just opened earlier this month. :)

8190 Strawberry Lane — — The Merrifield Location had its Grand Opening today 10−1−08. I was in Merrifield going to a meeting and my client and I were the very first customers! I thought that I would get a free appetizer or something but that didn’t happen! Its Ok. our lunch was gooooood. the spring rolls, still tasty and I had the beef with sticky noodles Bo Banh Hoi. It was tasty. This place is gorgeous. The four sisters spent a lot of money on renovations so please go and support! The food is still tasty and hasn’t changed at all!

best Vietnamese food around. they are moving to the new shopping center on Glebe Rd soon. this will make the place even better… even though I love the Eden Center it is crowded with a lack of parking so the move will make going to the restaurant even more convenient. I always get the Wonton with Egg Noodle soup. It’s so good. Shrimp wontons and lots of noodles. The Crispy Spring Rolls are by far my favorite thing there though. I love love love them. And the Fried Wontons are amazing too. Everything about the place I love and the sisters are always around. They are great people and have an amazing staff. Great customer service everytime I’m there!

Highly recommended for those who harbor picky eaters and need their fix of Phở noodle soup! Featuring a large selection to satisfy any craving no matter how big your appetite and no matter how picky your companion. You will surely find something edible on the menu :) And by the way, it’s cheap too!

I heard so much about this place — but it did not live up to all the hype. I really wanted to like this place. We had the mussels which tasted very much like(and smelled) old socks. The rest of the food was so bad that we ended up just going through the motion of eating. Sigh sigh sigh The prices werent cheap for the quality of food you get either. I really wanted to find a good Vietnamese place but ended up very much disappointed. I would have been better off eating a bowl of phở at Phở 75.

I love Eden Center and Four Sisters certainly tops my list of great Vietnamese. However, the phở here was pretty decent but not that great. I think you’d be better off going to the smaller places around the center. The crispy spring rolls here are AMAZING. But then again Vietnamese spring rolls are wayyy better than Chinese eggrolls. Also, the vermicelli bowls with barbequed pork or with beef and they come with a crispy roll for a lunch special of I believe $ 6.95…greatttt! The service is excellent and the waitstaff is definitely attentive. I believe someone said they thought the place was dirty… but I’d certainly have to disagree with that one! Anywhoo another recommendation get the bubble teas from the bakery next door… also they have buns filled with like beans or meat that are extra yummy and spring rolls where you can take a bag to go and i think they’re about $ 1 or less each. They have prepackaged summer rolls too… great for lunches/snacks! Just make a trip to Eden Center… pretty amazing place for Vietnamese fare!

********** I’m giving this a 3.5 star ************** Since leaving the city of brotherly love, it’s been hard to find places to replace the ones I left behind *sigh*… the first time I came here, my girlfriend and her boyfriend took me here, food was good, but I can’t say it’s as good as food back in Philadelphia. Since my first trip there, I’ve been back enough to write an objective and reliable review. Every time that I’ve been here we have always done the family style dinner(which is a good deal for a ton of food). I’ve done everything from the 4 people dinner, to the 10 people dinner, and keep this in mind when ordering, there’s a lot more food than what it says, you can feed 6 people with the meal for 4 people… if in the end you haven’t had enough, you can always order something else, their service is extremely fast. I’m Vietnamese, so I know what is good Vietnamese food and what is not, and this is ranked«Okay» on my scale. I can’t say that one dish stands out above the rest, but for the most part, everything is decent. One last thing, don’t order their smoothie, it’s horrible… it doesn’t taste good and they use more water than anything else, so it turns out runny, not thick.

Located in the corner of a popular Vietnamese shopping center in Falls Church, VA. I drove twenty minutes from DC just to eat here! Best Vietnamese food in the Virgina, Washington DC, Maryland area. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. Not your traditional Phở restaurant but the phở is still pretty good. I suggest ordering the rice or vermicelli dishes. Tastes very much like homecooked authentic Vietnamese food. Be prepared to battle for parking on busy days though.

Solid Vietnamese food. My only question is, what happened to the brothers? Maybe the sisters chopped them up and put them in the food? We got imperial rolls, which were good if not exceptional, phở with beef, vermicelli with beef, and lemongrass chicken. Everything was tasty, but not the best Vietnamese meal that I’ve had. The décor and service were just fine, if not exceptional. Came to just over $ 10 per person, and we had leftovers.

The 4 sisters from Bien Hoa The food is blanded down for americans. Its«okay» but if you want something more authentic go a few doors down. Usually the VN places that have zagat/washingtonian reviews and alot of white people dining there have a blander menu. It would be a safe choice for a «1st timer» If you like something more tasty go to a place packed with vn people

I probably didn’t order the right thing here… I think I had some noodles with chicken… I recall blandness and greasiness. I’ll give it another chance sometime. On weekends this place is really busy. It’s a huge and spacious dining area and it can sometimes be difficult to flag down a server. Weird vibe, kind of formal but people were in shorts, kind of tacky but tables were in tablecloths.

Oh how DC proper could use Eden Center. If Gallery Place were Eden Center it would make sense — well if it was called Vietnam-town, but you get the gist. An extremely solid choice. Busy, clean, bustling place. Pretty menu — reminds me of a wedding invitation compendium. Food Standouts: the clay pot chicken, the sea bass w/black bean sauce, lemongrass beef(but wanted more) — yum The average +: Phở, crêpe 33 Beer isn’t bad actually. Definitely a place I would take mom.

I should’ve known when I saw the Vietnamese-speaking family next to me order three plates of the cha gio. I should’ve just said to our teenaged waitress that we’d have exactly what they were having. Oh, but craving got the better of me and we got phở(along with the cha gio). Four Sisters really isn’t the spot for phở, folks. But the cha gio? We ended up getting a second order. It was THAT good.

Ok, here’s the bottom line: Huong Que(Four Sisters, if you’re into the English name) is good for getting a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes that are hard to make at home. Cha gio? Yeah, I’m not making those! But luckily Huong Que’s are super tasty, and come with copious amounts of herbs for wrapping. Same with sweet and sour soup — it’s really good here. Also, they have excellent Chef’s Specials(yums to Tofu with Black Bean sauce), and they generally do seafood well(the whole fish and the salt-baked squid/scallops are beyond yum). The veggies(rau mung in particular) are great. I’ve had just about everything here, so let me say: beef courses: good/great(I love their bo luc lac and make all my non-fish-eating friends try it, since they’ll eat beef) chicken: good/great(depending — I’m a fan of the curry chicken and not so much the lemongrass chicken, for example) pork: generally great(caramelized pork here is great if you like it very potent) banh xeo: good noodles: lacking(go to Minh’s in Arlington if you want good noodles) appetizers(salads, spring rolls): fantastic seafood: generally great vegetarian(tofu): generally great soup: you’ll get better phở at the phở place two doors down, but that place pretty much only serves phở. The sweet and sour soup is great, and I like the other soups as well dessert: skip it here and go to Song Que(for che) or the Tofu place(for tofu or che) The service is usually extremely fast, and the servers are almost to a man some of the nicest people. One woman in particular remembers my husband and I, even though we come in at most once a month. The sisters will sometimes stop by and help you select your meal. Let me finish by saying that most restaurants in Vietnam specialize in one thing(say, a phở place, or a bo bia place), and only a few places can make this many dishes this consistently well(with only a few misses). So yes, you will be disappointed if you go looking for the best phở of your life, but if you go looking for a tremendous selection of dishes that will all be tasty, you’ll be satisfied. Bottom line: Not the best at some things, but great at the preponderance of the huge selection they offer. Good and fast service. P. S. they are moving soon, so the days of jockeying for a parking place in the Eden Center are almost gone(yay!) UPDATE: Ok, it looks like their new address is: Merrifield Town Center 8190 Strawberry Lane Suite A Falls Church 22042 No way! Is it going to be near H-mart now? Convenient! I know I’ll be heading out there.

If you don’t mind driving around forever to find a parking spot than this place is worth the effort. Best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. They have a giant menu with great options for everyone. It can be extremely crowded though so be prepared for a wait.

The food and service here was excellent. 3 of the 4 sisters were working that evening we dine. They went to everyone’s table making sure ppl were satisfied with the food. I made the mistake of walking to the restaurant from the Metro Station… I do not recommend walking here unless you want to build up a hunger.

A total tourist attraction. Not my cup of tea. Expect to pay more than you should for usually dull, slightly westernized renditions of Vietnamese cuisine, tablecloths, and underpaid Hispanic busboys. Some dishes are undoubtedly gimmicky–«caramelized cat(?)fish» or «caramelized short ribs» in a clay pot? Come on, Vietnamese people don’t normally eat or serve out of a clay pot. I’m not falling for that, especially when it’s simple, utilitarian dishes like these. Come here if you are a complete beginner to Vietnamese food, but go somewhere else once you’ve passed the stage of wariness… And once you’ve actually done this, dine in Eden Center with confidence only on Friday-Sunday, as many establishments serve reheated, old food during the week. My favorite restaurant in Eden Center(beating out any new establishment that has come into competition after its opening like Tay Do and Song Hau) is Viet Bistro. Fair prices, good service, nice Viet-Cali atmosphere, and most importantly, great, freshly-made cuisine. —One star when I overlook their inflated prices and recognize that some of their items are good and on-par with other restaurants of competence in Eden. I’d rather give a half star if I could…

I finally made it out to the crown of the Eden Center a few weeks ago, thanks to my friends Jon and Lauren, and once we found parking, the experience was Eden-like. We ordered the crispy pork spring rolls(Cha Gio) and shrimp & pork garden rolls with peanut sauce(Goi Cuon) as an appetizer. I was expecting the crisp pork spring roll to be at least as good as the heavenly Cha Gio at Minh’s on Wilson Blvd. in Arlington, but they did not live up, and I couldn’t figure out why. The Goi Cuon tasted fresh and unobjectionable, though at this point I was not bowled over by Four Sisters. Then, our main courses arrived. We shared three entrees: the meat-filled crepes(Banh Cuon) with pork(forget whether it was sliced or grilled, and still have no idea what the difference there is), the clay pot pork(if I recall correctly), and the crispy noodles(with beef, I think). All dishes were superb. I especially enjoyed the pork that went with the crepes, though the crepes themselves were disappointing because the meat filling was not particularly prominent, and the crepes could not be opened for insertion of the pork without being ripped apart, which kind of defeats the purpose. I left Four Sisters with a full stomach and reenforced knowledge: pork is delicious – espcially when prepared in Asian dishes – and not worth giving up for any religion(sorry Leviticus!), Vietnamese food in D.C. is thankfully available and delicious, and I will return to Four Sisters, especially with the good prices. Also, Eden Center is a busy strip mall that seems pretty safe from MS-13, Jon A.

Parking is tough(it’s Eden Center) as it’s quite crowded. Speaking of crowds, Four Sisters(Huong Que) is a little noisy, and we certainly added to the noise factor(I went with a large group of about 12?). The interior is large and can handle large parties. Service was great and one of the four sisters we met was friendly. Four Sisters’ menu has a ton of choices so we had a few folks order and we dined family style. Everything I tried was delicious! Try the spicy tofu, spring rolls, and lotus salad! Recommended to me for good authentic local Vietnamese food and I would recommend it to you as well.

Four sisters is located in the heart of Eden, a vietmenese central in Falls Church, Va. Parking is a pain in the toushy and the traffic on the way there could have your brain scream for Ibuprofen, but all that stress is worth it for the food from Four Sisters, let me tell you. My boyfriend and I went on a search for some authentic vietnamese food and we found this place in Eden Center. Boy, am I glad I decided to randomly go into this restaurant. I found it funny though, when I sat at the table I began hearing what sounds like a vietnamese spoken to me. I am of Asian descendant(korean to be specific) and I guess our waiter mistook me for his own. Oh well, it was funny. My boyfriend dared me to scream«I am no vietnamese, I am KOREAN»(Dave Chappelle fan, anyone?), but I decided to be a good girl for the day. We ordered family meal for 2 which consisted of various dishes, which I loved all. My favorite was their Caramelized fish. If they can bring that in a TUB I would still eat it all. Amazingly flavorful and delicious. I would definitely go back there for great food and service. If you can find a right place within the same shopping center, I hear there are great Bubble Tea places too. Yum.
