This is the real deal in Chinese food. My wife is Chinese and over the past 40 years we have seen Chinese food go from poo poo platters and Polynesian stuff passed off as Chinese to Americanized fusion to loading on the MSG and all kinds of cooking between. Some of it is tasty, but it is not Chinese. Hong Kong Restaurant is real deal. MaPo Tofu is just the best ever had. We discovered it as a recommendation from Chinese friend and are looking for more authentic Chinese places like this.
