Expect to call back multiple times given they seem to be very busy. Especially if you are looking to plan your financials in advance. They will make it very hard to understand pricing. Had to call one of their directors more than 5 times without being able to get pricing details. Finally called and the receptionist was kind enough to finally get a different director (George) who was helpful in providing us with what we needed. Of course this was to plan for an impending death — if it had already happened and I came onsite, perhaps the experience would have been better.
