Not a huge selection, but I found what I wanted. The staff was friendly and left me alone to browse (the way I prefer it). I’m not sure how these types of stores stay in business with the onslaught of Amazon and Walmart, but if you need specialty office supplies or want to see it before you buy it, here you go.

I needed to print boarding tickets for a flight. I saved a pdf version on a flash drive and brought it to the copy center.
At first none of the computers at the copy center could read my drive, and I was a bit worried. The associate didn’t give up and eventually found a laptop that recognized my drive.
Located in an older shopping center, easy to get to, close to 495, 50, 66, and metro.

After wasting HOURS of my life in the FedEx/Kinkos at Merrifield across the street (don’t EVER go there!) just trying to (unsucessfully) print a few documents for a presentation, walking into a helpful associate at the Print center at Office Depot was incredibly refreshing! She was super helpful, friendly and I was out of there with what I needed for less than $ 7 in 10 min. Sidenote: This was just before «back to school» and they were neatly stocked up with everything one would need to get kids well equipped. I will go back in a heartbeat every time!

The store is in same shopping center as H Mart across from target. Came here Thursday night looking for a five subject notebook after striking out and bothered employee at staples. All employees were so helpful and nice. Even signed up for store card. Will be a regular customer here. Don’t know why I haven’t been here before. Always went to Staples cause it’s closer.

Aw, I’m surprised at such low reviews of this particular Office Depot location! I had a couple of items to return and it was a very quick and an efficient process. This location might be a little smaller than other OD locations, but they still had all the items I was looking for. In addition, there are clearance shelves in the eastern part of the store, next to the Packaging aisle, where they had cool Post-It pads and ‘80s Glam Sharpie Markers at cheap prices ;D The SA/cashier that did the return and also checked us out was super professional, friendly, efficient, and awesome. A great place to stop by to get some basic office/teacher supplies!

My experience at this store wasn’t very satisfactory. I went to price match a product which i bought last week. Its price was lowered today. When talking to the 1^st representative, I asked him some questions abt the exchange. He answered a couple and in the end said «Do i sell tomatoes here?!!» I felt insulted and quite disappointed, specially with my frens arnd me. But the second representative was courteous and helpful to price match my purchase. I liked the 2^nd guy. But felt sad the way the 1^st person spoke. Overall product and store rating is 4 on 5 but for the staff i would say 2 on 5.

Here we go… the products at Office Depot arent bad, and the prices are really good. Sometimes they have great sales, but the service just SUCKS! Man, you ask somebody a million times for help and it still takes forever for somebody to come and help you in ANY of the departments at this store. Like I have said before, if i need to buy electronics, and COSTCO has it, thats where I am going to get my merchandise PERIOD!

I went in looking for one of those portable walking maps for DC. The one I lost today was printed by vanDam so I was looking for the same thing or similar. The one I found has the basics of downtown DC and surrounding areas but once you get out by beyond Dupont Circle or SE Eastern market it doesn’t display the information.
I waited 20 minutes in line as two people were being taken care of by two cashiers. These two were buying cheap items but like a lot of DC area people did not have cash. Their cards were having trouble going through which was why I waited all that time in the line. The cashier was courteous but the sign about where to line up was hidden so I couldn’t see it right away.
