The worst shopping experience of my life!
From outside the store I saw big 50% off signs and wanted to check if I could find something for my toddler. I’ve found a pair of boots with a $ 9 sticker in its box and decided to buy it. I was happy I could take advantage of the 50% off sale however once I’m at the checkout, the employee simply takes the $ 9 sticker off and charges me $ 31 saying she would not sell me a pair of boots for $ 9. Now wait a minute. Whenever you go to a shop you pay for the product the price shown and I couldn’t understand why that employee would even talk to a customer with that tone so I asked for the manager and she said she was the store manager. She would not even apologize for the mistake of having the wrong price in the product’s box, just very rude and irritating. I will never ever buy anything from Payless at any location, I’ll post reviews about this experience EVERYWHERE and I’ll spread the world about the crap way clients are treated by this company.
