Pizza Hut

This place is the worst — inconsistent at best. Just had my worst experience and won’t order again. Ordered online fine, but called shortly afterwards because my card «didn’t go through.» After verifying it was indeed Pizza Hut calling me, I retransmitted the exact same info and it went through.
Next, the driver calls enroute because he can’t find our house — although we live in a corner house, on a main neighborhood street, about 1.5 miles from the restaurant. Luckily, the delivery is finally made.
Not a huge deal, but style points: the driver has no pen. I have to search the kitchen for one to sign for the meal.
When we finally get to dig in, we realize one pizza is made wrong… and both pizzas have spinach randomly sprinkled on post-​bake.
I immediately called the driver back who was at least apologetic. He asked that I call the store to get a refund.
When I called the store, the «associate» who answered told me the store was closed, and they couldn’t help me. She told me to come into the restaurant the next day (Christmas Day) for a refund. Then she hung up on me.
I called the driver back to tell him about my disgust… he promised to «take care of it.» Needless to say, there shouldn’t be this big of a to-​do for Pizza Hut pizza. I’d imagine this won’t get much attention from the store given their poor Unilocal rating which I wish I’d seen prior to ordering. I never would have guessed I needed to spot check such an institution.

Why waste my time writing a review for a Pizza Hut? Well. These guys are the worst.
First time I ordered I got a medium pizza with some garlic bread sticks. He shows up long overdue of the arrival time (said they would get there in 40 minutes. Took them an hour). I didn’t really care, as long as my food was there. My order costed around $ 15 dollars so he hands me the food and I gave him a 20. This fool tries to leave without giving me my change but the reason why I stopped him is because he forgot my garlic bread!!! I said, «Ya know what, forget the garlic bread. Just give me back $ 3 dollars.»
He says, «…only 2 dollar tip?»
I get frustrated and exclaimed, «You forgot my garlic bread!»
He then starts to walk off and says he will get my garlic bread and proceeds to keep all of my change. Did this guy really just give himself a 25 percent tip?! He comes back 20 mins later with cold bread.
The 2^nd time I ordered (hoping for a different delivery guy) I ordered a medium pizza and wings. The time he arrived I happened to be using the bathroom. It was just bad timing so he had to wait like 5 minutes or so outside the door. I open the door and I see the delivery guy (different guy) starting to walk away. I run up and apologize and explained my situation and that I didn’t hear the knocks. He suddenly erupts in anger and goes «You now have to pick up the food from the store!!!»
I said, «But the food is in your hand. I apologized for you waiting at the door.»
The disgruntled man again yells, «Pick up from the store I not give to you»
I yell in return, «I got the money right here. JUST TAKE IT!»
He gives the food to me, takes my money and leaves without a word.
Beware of these delivery men if you see them at your door (They both looked to be in their late 30s early 40s, Indian or Pakistani decent). Better yet, don’t call this place at all!!!

I always order from here for delivery, and 80% of the time the order is wrong. I guess i could call and demand a $ 20 voucher for my next order and get free pizza from then on… (cause every order is always wrong)

Ordered on an NFL Sunday so I would give this location the benefit of the doubt but after reading some other reviews I’m assuming this isn’t an uncommon event…
Received our order an hour after the «estimated arrival time» lukewarm, with an incorrect dipping sauce, and the wrong «sauce drizzle» on top. Called multiple times to no answer — when we finally got one we were told it was busy but that our order should be there in 3 minutes. It came in about 10 minutes and had to be warmed up in the oven so will be thinking twice about ordering from here again.

this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, its the worst pizza i have ever tasted, my dog can make a better looking tasty pizza and shes only 4 months. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT LOOKS DIRTY AND FILTHY IN THE BACK, I KNOW SOMEONE THAT USED TO WORK THERE, AND HE SAYS THEYLL EVEN PICK UP FOOD FROM HE FLOOR AND PUT IT ON UR PIZZA AND ALSO USE EXPIRE SHIT. please do nor waste your money on this run down place. probably will close soon for lack of experience. it should seriously be illegal for this place to be opened.

We ordered a pizza from them and it was not what we ordered, plus we did not get our soda. When we called to complain, the woman who answered the phone hung up on me once, we had to call back and then wait for the manager. The manager said he would refund us for the wrong pizza and we could call it even. I asked for a new pizza to be sent (since if I was ok with eating the wrong one, I would have just eaten it and not called about it), and he very nearly wouldn’t let us have a new pizza. I said that this was not the first time we had had horrible customer service from them and would not be ordering from them again, and he said he was absolutely fine with that.
Do not order from this place. Horrible customer service. We have had our pizza delivered an hour late, delivered cold, and now this.

Ordered pizza and it was not made the way I ordered online. Shame
Crusts were plain. Not the ones I selected.
Under cooked, middle was mushy and cold.
Asked for Parmesan and crushed peppers didn’t get any.
What’s the point of ordering -.-

Absolutely the worst. Ordered a medium thin crusted meatlovers pizza with two garlic sauces online, order took an hour, we finally received our pizza only to find it was a medium SUPREME pizza! So what deal did they cut us? Oh we’ll come back and switch it out; mind you if this happens, your pizza may have taken longer because it was mistakenly taken to someone else’s house. By far the worst!

This place is horrible, I’ve made a mistake giving them a several chances to make see if they were having an off day or not, but no, as a manager of a restaurant myself, I like to give chances to places where I’ve had horrible service but, this place has got to have the most unprofessional staff and management, not only do they take more then an hour to deliver to a place that is less then 5 minutes away, they forget to bring items, do not properly make the order like we ask, and sometimes they don’t even show up… Who runs this place and who are you hiring this is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered. Actually this is the worst pizza place Ever. I have loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid and this place by itself has ruined Pizza Hut overall for me, I will never. NEVER order or go to a Pizza Hut ever again in my life and while I’m at it I will not recommend it and personally make sure nobody I know orders from any Pizza Hut around this area. It has become obvious that the person running this place is still the same all reviews are bad and some are from 2011, THREE YEARS Ago, corporate obviously doesn’t care that these people are ruining them, I do not want anyone calling me or offering me another chance to make up for it (which is what they should do, but they don’t, sometimes they act like they do but never come through with it.) I only want to warn EVERYONE to never order from this place EVER. I sorry Pizza Hut of seven corners in falls church but you have failed me too many times, even tho i am an understanding person. You have pushed my limits, my kids birthday was today and him and his friends wanted pizza hit but did not show, good job. They did not eat until I took them too IHOP.

I should have learned to pick my pizza up from another Pizza Hut or find a different delivery. I like Pizza Hut. Yes, not what you expect a foodie to say but we all have weaknesses and I have several. This is one of the more embarrassing. So I fell for a new recipe being advertised. The delivery guy is strange, calls sounding like a prank caller, then he stands by his car at the street like I was going to walk all the way out there. Just that dumb move made me want to not tip him. I did, reluctantly. It would be different if that exact guy had not delivered to me at this house before. My complaints with this place have more to do with delivery than the pizza, but this time it got to me not looking its best.
Another review reminded me, I won’t pay with a credit card when I order delivery from this place. My pizza has always shown up (one time so late I had to leave before it got here and they had to deal with it. However, before the online system started sending an email and setting a timer for how long the pizza should take to get here one never knew because calling the store was useless if the order was placed online. However, the English of the people who answer the phone is so bad you are far more likely to get the pizza you order if you use the online system. I pay with cash since I still doubt they will show up. The whole system is sketchy.

wings were great!!! my carryout was there when i got there. but they couldnt find a pen for me to sign the reciept!!! which was weird. then gave me one that didnt work and had to wait for them to give me another which they couldnt find!!!

Ordered pizza, and 2 hours later a cold pizza arrives that was completely the wrong order. After talking to the manager they assured they would rush the correct pizza out immediately, but a pizza never arrived. The establishment stopped answering the phone, and on top of it all I was charged twice on my credit card.
STAY AWAY!

Ordered from here again last night since I saw a $ 10 Dinner Box offer. Included a medium square pizza with bread sticks and cinnimon sticks. What I got was a big BOX OF BREAD with a dash of tomato sauce, cheese, ham, pineapple for the pizza, and just a dusting of cinnimon and garlice for the bread sticks.
The pizza is too bready, and lacked substance. Reminds me too much of french bread pizza from my elementary school days.
As far as pizzas goes, I’d have to say, I’ve experienced better.

Beware this Pizza Hut! We ordered a pizza online and paid for it with credit card. The pizza took over an hour, but that wasn’t our issue. About an hour after the pizza was delivered, someone claiming to be the manager called us and said they’d accidentally cleared out our credit card number in the system and asked for my husband to give our credit card number again. Over the phone. To a complete stranger. I don’t know about you, but we usually don’t give out our credit card number to strangers calling and asking for it. So my husband said no. Thirty minutes after that, at about 10 p.m., with everyone in bed (yes, we’re old) our phone rings again. It’s the delivery man. Like some mob guy, he’s at our door wanting us to re-​pay him. I was outraged! I told him that any mistake made was there’s and I absolutely won’t have some creep coming to our door at night demanding payment when we’ve already paid! I called the manager, who was unresponsive. I called the corporate office, who said we’d be getting a return call about our complaint in two business days. It’s been five business days and nada. Unless you want people showing up at your door at night demanding more money, DO NOT call this Pizza Hut.
