I amend my review to 3 stars because the work that was done was cosmetically 5 stars, mechanically 4 stars and if when all is said and done THAT is what is important to you, this is a good and better than average place to choose to get your car repaired from a wreck. While I would recommend the company as a whole, hands down, I would not allow my vehicle to return to this location. (1) My vehicle was not fixed the first time around-​there remained a brake issue. Very frustrating when the vehicle only had 16k miles. (2) And when I let them know it wasn’t fixed, the manager questioned whether the vehicle had this brake issue BEFORE the accident, which is just absurd and honestly what is earning them the the low review. (3) When I granted permission for my vehicle to be trailered to this location, it was my understanding I could get any remaining issues fixed at the location by my house, but when I reported the issue to Glen Burnie, they said they would need to trailer my vehicle back up to Fallston, which aggravated me even more. (4) And now, 2 months later, I’m really freaking angry that I received a fine in the mail for running a toll… which was taken while my vehicle was on a trailer in the possession of THIS company. The manager called my husband and wanted to make things right, but some pocket change for the toll does not amend for the aggravation for the FOUR issues I have listed in my review.
