One of the very best customer experiences I’ve ever had.
I was up here a couple of years ago helping my parents downsize and had a complicated migration issue from an old and obsolete machine. The staff spent the time diagnosing the problem and walking me through the options.
Late in the game we got a curveball. No attitude, just solutions. They stayed with me on this like it was their own data. In the end, all was resolved and the price was more than fair.
I wish I had a place like this at home!

Friendly, helpful & professional repair team. Although my sony vaio laptop was way beyond broken, tried their best to fix it & came up with solution rather than charging money for nothing. The best in Cape & worth driving an hour from Yarmouth or Hyannis.

These guys (and gals) are great and have saved my life a few times! Very service oriented and knowledgeable. And very fair. They quoted me $ 100 for one job, and when I went to write the check later on, they said it’d just be $ 65. Took less time than expected to solve it. And they’re techies you can talk with, too. So great to have Cape Coastal nearby.
