It’s hard to believe that Radio Shack is still in business because they have made not attempt to modernize their look or their products. Don’t get me wrong the staff at this location is great but the company as a whole needs to liven things up so the store seems more inviting and not more of a parts place.

My experience at the Falmouth Radio Shack store was outstanding.
Sarah, the manager was a joy to behold. She was able to help 3 or more
people at a time in a professional manner and with a terrific personality.
She was a dynamo accommodating all the customers, just a terrific
experience. You will be pleased by the service and the quality of the
products if you shop at this Radio Shack. Never saw any sales people
or Manager this effective.
