There is something about this particular UPS store that always gives me a really pleasant experience and I actually find myself in a better mood after having interacted with the folks here. The staff is kind, polite, and wonderful to chat with, and I have never had any sort of problems with shipping or other services. I would surely go out of my way to use this UPS location; it’s my go-to and happily so!

Do not trust this store.
They cost me over 300 in a ebay package that they promised me they would tape closed. Pkg returned to me smashed and open. Computer chip missing from Pkg and NO TAPE package as the employee stated to me he would tape it well.

I’ve come to learn through trial and error that not all UPS Stores are created equal. The store on Rt. 1 in Falmouth is hands down the best place to go in the Portland area for friendly, reliable service at prices you can trust.
In the summer months when our business is operating at max capacity, there is no other store that I’d trust with my shipping needs. The staff is second to none and always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a job well done.
