This place was great and easy to work with. I initially called because I had questions on pricing and was looking to get a quote. They were so easy and nice to deal with. I kept waiting for them to say «…but if you add this or if you want this, it’ll be more», but they never did. You buy the sign and the customization is included in the price. When I did have my order ready and asked them for 2 proofs, they sent me 3 instead. Side note, they don’t charge sales tax in North Dakota! I just got my signs and they are beautiful. Patronize this business.

Office Sign Co is the best around. They’re the only place I ever order name tags! Over the past year and a half I’ve ordered a number of custom name tags from them (a few with extra special requests) and every single one has exceeded expectations. And the customer service is excellent, rounding out the perfect experience. Also, I’ve referred others to them and every person has contacted me with thanks because of how pleased they were with service and product. Give them a call — and begin able to support a local company is just a bonus!

I have just ordered from this company (the shipping has not come in yet) but I felt compelled to leave a review JUST on their customer service alone. What a fast, and helpful company! When making my order, I was a little weary (I am buying a customized gift for my father, getting it shipped across the country), and had a lot of questions about it. The live chat was EXTREMELY helpful, I didn’t have to send an email and wait weeks for someone to respond. It was quick, and easy, and the customer service representative was extremely helpful. Waiting for it to be shipped, I emailed them again, and received a response almost immediately! Really impressed, I will update when I receive my shipment.
