Love the customer service! It was a much more pleasant experience here than traditional mall shoe stores. They fit my child’s feet and recommended a few durable options for him. They even treated my other kids who were along on the boring shoe shopping trip to suckers! Overall excellent selection of shoes for the whole family with reliable brands, which means the shoes last a long time. Worth the prices, and worth the experience shopping in downtown Faribault. Will be back!

The place to go! Not often you can get shoe repairs, custom shoe fitting for special needs and a full old time family owned shoe store with work, play and dress shoes. This isn’t your typical chain cheapo, low quality place to go. You actually sit down, they measure your feet and then present a few options. Customer service at it’s best!!!
