I placed an order online on February 12, 2015 for a delivery on February 13, 2015. An emergency came up that night and my fiancée was not going to be at work the next day to receive her flowers. I have called 6 times now to reschedule a delivery to another day and NOBODYISANSWERINGTHEPHONE! It rings and rings for about a minute and seriously not one person has picked up! What kind of business does not answer their phone so consistently? I have emailed customer service — no response. While I will continue to call ever 20 minutes or so — I am resigning myself to the fact that this company will deliver the flowers regardless — with no one there to receive them. ================================================================ UPDATE — The company replied to my email — informing me that they delivered the flowers on Friday but would pick them up and redeliver today. My fiancée said she got the flowers today and loved them. So — the company redeemed itself — of sorts.

I needed a last minute bouquet for my bridal portraits. I walked-in and the owner was able to put together a beautiful purple & green bouquet(my colors) in a few minutes for me. It looked great and was just what I needed. The store is cute and has a lot of great gift items in addition to nice flowers. I would go back again.
