Evergreen at Farmers Branch

Almost four years living here and I am still very happy. I have a roommate, Shirley, and we have such fun. The kitchens are a bit too small but one can work around it. And, for all the great amenities you can’t beat the pricing anywhere. We even have trash pickup twice a week at our door. And indoor parking is a huge plus! It is very quite by the Elm Fork of the Trinity River, yet it sits right at I-​635 @Luna Rd. I feel very safe here due to their security options and that is important to me. Since Evergreen is for residents age 55 and up, since this is a four story building, we have elevators. There is a salt water pool and beautiful courtyard. The other residents are very friendly and we all sort of look out for one another. Evergreen has changed managers in the time I’ve been here and Nicole is one of the happiest, friendliest and hard-​working ladies I think I have known. She tries so hard to see that the residents are taken care of; and maintenance problems are handled quickly! Churchill Properties has several complexes in Dallas and surrounding areas. Give them a look, you won’t be sorry!
