To counter the angry landlord spewing her hatred, I’d like to show a little love for Griffin Property Management. If you’re renting a property in Tulare County, these folks make life easy as a renter.
From minor plumbing issues to full-​scale HVAC meltdowns, our maintenance issues have always been promptly addressed and remedied within a very reasonable amount of time. Despite the 5% increase in rent for our second year lease, we chose to stay with this company because they’re incredibly flexible, very honest and always willing to help so long as you communicate with them.
Lars, the maintenance guy, has always been really awesome in his quarterly maintenance check-​ups and Lisa, the manager (?), is truly a sweet lady who is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond.
I highly recommend GPM to any tenants in the area.
