check all your dye lots. when buying three balls of debbie bliss baby cash merino, they sold my friend three balls. two were different dye lots, one was a third colour altogether. snooty, slow service and old inventory that’s been sitting there for decades.

I love Infinite Yarns for the exquisite quality, variety and selection of their beautiful yarns, trunk shows and guest artists. What I appreciate most of all is the invaluable knowledge, guidance, the sincere kind patience of the owner and her team. There is no attitude or judgement about what you do or don’t know. All are happy to teach you anything you want. From beginner to expert, it is a joy to shop and learn. Every time I go there, I learn something new. It’s a toy store for knitters, crocheters, you name it. Nirvana.

Very nice and helpful owner at this shop. I was looking for a particular, hard-​to-​find color of yarn, and tried to order online. Not feeling certain of the yarn weight or the color on my monitor, I e-​mailed and called the store. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly, in describing the yarn weights, colors and options. She was able to find exactly what I needed and shipped it out the same day. VERY NICE yarn shop! Highly recommend! Would definitely order from this shop again.

I’m a beginner and I found the owner very helpful when I went to check out the store tonight. She helped me find a compatible yarn for one suggested in a pattern that was discontinued. She also gave me tips on how to do cable knitting. I will definitely be back!!!

Nirvana for knitters. This is what all yarn shops should strive to be when they grow up — amazing selection of fabulous yarns in every color imaginable. Vast selection of patterns and books and samples galore, presided over by a friendly owner and staff so you can feel welcomed from your first visit. Flexible arrangements for classes and they are open on Sundays! I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. Feed all your yarn cravings at Infinite!

I started going to Infinite Yarns after another yarn store closed. The store is cozy and inviting. There are high end yarns, and more moderately priced yarns. I like that there is something for everyone here.
