Molly Maid

We had used Molly Maid for a few weeks and were overall happy with their service… that is until some of my husband’s pain medication went missing one day while they were here. When my husband went to take his medication he saw that there were only 2 left in the bottle. We immediately contacted them and the girl that called me back said that it was «odd» and that while she had seen medication she didn’t see any pain medication. She told me she would look into it. I called back a few days later and had to call several times until I spoke with the owner. She understood why I was so upset and said she would look into it again and call me back on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. It is now Saturday and I still haven’t heard from her.
I am really appalled that not only was his medication stolen but that nothing was done to rectify the situation.
