I popped in for a quick spray tan yesterday… The girl at the desk highly discouraged me from getting one. She said I was better off going in a bed because their spray machine was so bad. I told her I needed a dark tan for an event this weekend and she basically suggested I go elsewhere. I totally appreciate the honesty, but wow… an employee who knows the product is so awful she doesn’t event want to sell it? I ended up going to another place suggested by a friend. I wish I could award the employee a personal star for looking out for the customer, but I have to take away a star for the waning quality of experience.

I tanned here for a few months since it is relatively cheaper than Beach Bum. There’s rarely any parking, their highest level beds (Sun board & 650) are the same as the mid level at Beach Bum. The other beds seem very outdated. I froze my account during the heat wave, cause I don’t feel it’s necessary to pay $ 110 a month when it’s so hot out, yet I was charged anyway. When I called to ask why, I was offered a credit or a check. Instead of them offering me to come pick up the $ 110 I am out due to their mistake, I have to wait for a check. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
