Brad (the owner) visited our apartment today to advise us regarding insulation and
give us an estimate. After inspecting the apartment, he advised several other less
expensive fixes that he believed might obviate the need for insulation (and therefore
his services). I feel very fortunate to have met a contractor so knowledgeable, forthright and honest. Further, when
I tried to at least compensate him for driving all the way into the city and consulting us,
he refused to take any compensation.
