I called this place because I had a cooktop that I needed to sell. They said that they do indeed buy appliances. After driving 22 miles to their location, I saw that they were selling the exact same cooktop for $ 799. So they obviously understood the value of my item. I didn’t expect alot of money for the cooktop, I would have been happy with $ 300, would have gone as low as $ 200. He totally insulted me with an offer of $ 50!!. Did he think I was some kind of crack head? Or did he think I was stupid enough to let him get a 1500% markup? People like this you can’t trust or negotiate with…

This place is a scam — I purchased a refrigerator that stopped working 7 days after being in my apartment and I called to notify the business and they told me that I would have to pay to have the appliance brought back in for the repair — all of my food went bad — horrible customer service!!! I asked about a home technician and if you allow someone else to see it your warranty is void– this place is crap DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THEM!!! Never mind the fact that I guy ripped my vinyl flooring when brining the fridge in!
