They did a great job on the cracked case on my laptop. It was in really bad shape.
There were shipping issues with their supplier, causing a big delay. But Rabie did everything
he could to accommodate me so I was not overly inconvenienced. He really went out of his
way. I will definitely be going back for other services and purchases. They are so much
better than going to a big box store such as Best Buy. It’s nice getting knowledgeable,
personalized service and it’s always good to support a local, small business.
