From the outside it may seem like a neighborhood establishment, and it is, BUT they are an authorized service facility for many major brands like LG, Pioneer, etc… They know what they are doing and are extremely honest.
Here are the details on my experience:
Spoke with Steve, he said it would be a $ 35 diagnostic fee paid in cash when I dropped off my LG TV which was not powering up. That was fair and fine by me. A couple days later he called with an estimate, it was $ 310, a bit steep, but the TV is worth $ 1500 so I told him to go ahead with it.
The parts were ordered and the TV was ready to go within 2 weeks. Excellent service, they help load and unload it from your vehicle, really nice people over there. I will definitely recommend them and their services in the future. The TV is as good ad new now!
