Found out through heavy research and equally shoddy inspector that there are now about a dozen code violations on our deck. Everything from nail spacing to snow/​ice shield under the shingles that could ruin our screen room over time. Probably will approach $ 10K in repairs. Inspector is more worried about covering his ass than helping us get this guy. ALWAYS GET A SECOND INSPECTION!
Second letter going to the State. This is such a disaster. Spread the word about this guy!
